Not 100% sure. The parts I have are in the picture. I only have 6 screws for 12 holes. Only have 4 silver "brackets" (don't know how many are needed?) and only 1 whiteish bracket, again don't know how many are needed, if any.

I can't have my phone on me while I'm at work. Mud flaps are sold (pending paypal being stupid). Struts are still available.
