Paid $1000 for mine in 2011...then bought a totaled parts accord in 2012 for $1100 hahah.

if its in great shape and you cant find another one like it cheaper, buy it. of course 7k isnt his bottom dollar, im sure you can talk him down to a reasonable price and get a good deal, is it a 5spd?

Hi folks,

As the title states, I am currently looking a 6th gen coupe that's for sale near me. From what I could gather reading here, the primary fault of this gen accord is the trans on v6 models. Luckily, this coupe is a 5spd. I am wondering about his asking price, though, which is high for the year, but considering the above average condition and low miles I am unsure what it's actually worth.

I was going to look at it again tonight as it's actually plated now, but he emailed me this morning to say it was sold. I can only assume he got something near his asking price of $7400 as the car has only been listed for a week. Oh well.
