what model audiobahn?
also, Ive got a RE audio REX12 in the wifes 6th gen. its in a 1.5 @ 35hz box firing into the cabin. I didnt angle the front so I could mount the amp there so that everything valuable is not in the trunk subject to anything flying around. she still has probably 18"+ between the box and the back of the trunk.
its a cheap sub, not too deep (so could go smaller on the box at the expense of some lows), or even a smaller sealed box. we only got about ~200 watts going to the thing (RF amp, real power) and it is pretty impressive.
I had a trio of PPI pcx102's in a 4.5ft @ 35 in my accord on 1200 watts and it was nuts for how cheap it all was as well. but those ppi's are deeper than the re, but still would in have fit in the box in her 6th gen.
one of the most impressive cheaper subs Ive had was the old alpine type r's with the ribbed surround. got them for 114 new back then. of course its more than that sony but they got loud and sounded good doing it.
