i have a question on what people do to under the car while being really low, meaning ive looked under my car and i have to of the tow hooks that are literally a couple inches from ground, and then the next thing is the oil pan, what are some of the things people do? or they do nothing and just drive very carefully? anything you can do to plastics (bumper) the oil pan, the tranny, or any of that? what do you guys think?

You answered your own question. Take obstacles slowly, dodge everything, be on the look out.

To protect vitals you can get a skid plate made

thats what i was thinking, but with that being said, its going to go even lower, and how do you go about with having something like that put on?

All the plastics will eventually fly off if your low enough. Ask me how I know....

Oil pan you can avoid damaging if you know how to drive, but a skit plate is good insurance.

Every oil change I like to sand away any rust on bare metal that scrapes and spray it with rustoleum

You just gotta find a shop that will use 1/4 steel and custom make you a skid plate that is removable for servicing. Will cost quite a bit I would imagine
