Well lx _f23a1 finally responded. Here is the message I got..glad that I got a response even though paypal had had reimbursed my money

I'm very sorry, I paid UPS to pack them and ship them to you. I left the country because of some of my family passing in my home country. There was a hold on my business account at UPS for a balance of $10 that I owed them, they didn't tell me about it up front. So they didn't ship them. And now they are back in my house.
