it is not just a simple bolt on. i have an i4 and im not 100% sure on the subject of what has to be done, but check out www.v6performance.net and they have threads on there about the swap.

If you want to use the 6MT tranny from the CL-S, you're going to need the engine harness. It would be beneficial to get the CL-S ECU also. There's a list of parts on www.v6performance.net. As for the work...the tranny will bolt directly up to the J30A1, but you're gonna need some know-how to wire it up to work correctly. Some people ran into the problem of their reverse lights not working...actually I think everyone runs into that one. Another one is that you can't rev it past 5000RPM. These all have to deal with wiring.
