Yo i just installed the megan header with flex pipe today.. I already had a AEM SRI

I notcied a very weird high pitched whistle/buzzing (ALMOST like a turbo spool, or thats just my imagination :hahano: ) under heavy acceleration..

AND that's with extracting a broken manifold stud i found (the right corner one as you're looking under the hood) and fixed. I was thinking maybe my gasket wasn't installed perfectly straight? The turbulence at the gasket may be causing it?

Anyways i gotta investigate further...

I went through AutoDream in Calgary and got it for 235 shipped. CND *****es

Hope mine dont crack! sure wish I found this thread a month ago gasket does look ****ty tho. Torque it properly and to spec!

autodream is the one doing my custom piping too, but just to let you know, stuff they order takes forever like 3 months ago, i ordered a megan racing exhaust, and just few days ago they told me that megan racing dont really have it in stock..... so they just told me that theyll do a custom piping and use a n1 megan racing muffler since they already have the muffler in stock.

i knowwww it took like at least 1-2 months to actually get my header. but the price was good, and the service was dope too..

I reallllly hate the sound it's making, i'm gonna make a video and hopefully capture the sound to get a diagonsis from someone on this site.. it almost sounds like its coming from under my car... im gonna recheck everything... had to torch cut the bolts attaching the flex pipe to the pre cat.... GAY think its coming from there... had to use new bolts that weren't the same..
