The bay will def get attention, it's bothering me as well. Taking care of other stuff before I get to that. Right now I'm clay bar the car now, the black stains need to come off.

It's working too... Even did the headlights. Cleared them up a good bit. Comparo

You should heat wrap the header if your worried about engine bay temps. As far as Megan Racing yes it's a ebay brand, NBD. They do a decent job for street duty aftermarket parts. I have yet to to see a properly installed header fail. Some of my close 240sx buddies run Megan parts on their drift cars without issues, since 2008....

I should wrap the header, but I won't do it... Yet. The paint is doing well so far. If it does get worse, then I'll just wrap the top half of the header. Im guess the temps arent really high is because I sprayed the exterior of the header too, with that same paint.

Good to know the longevity of this header is a decent one. That's why I chose this set up, not too expensive and it has pretty good history.
