Looks like a pretty good deal. I would just do all basic maintenance on it and timing belt as well if it hasn't been done.

check the clutch on it also, put the car in 5th gear and slowly get off the clutch if the car tries to stall right away the clutch is good, if it takes a while to grab then the clutch could be on its way out.

That's interesting, never knew you could do that.

I think first I'm going to buy a good suspension kit, thinking Ground Control with KYB struts. Also a K&N CAI. Debating on a header brand and cat back system?

Future plans: Rims & tires, up grade the brakes, sway bars and strut bars. Also thinking Carbon fiber hood and trunk?
