yeah we mods do have a backstage forum, because its our job to keep things running smoothly, and we don't need the input from every dick & jane to make a decision.

it also allows us to keep drama out of threads when decisions need to be made.

as for criticism, there's an entire forum for that (Feedback). Members who have been around for a while know about a lot of changes that have happened because we have listened to mature and constructive criticism and applied it to the forum.

doesn't every forum site have a backstage?? its not like this is something just we have...i am a nice guy..but personally attacking us...well that isn't going to fly..

atleast now we won't have to deal with any more threads on you parting out..then two weeks later adding new mods..then few weeks later..parting out.etc etc..
