What front lip is thst?

Get coilovers, take what ever that is on the bottom of the bumper off and get a real lip, put some rims on it, fogs, visors if u like them, mabe a hood bra and it should look good

have no idea what lip. it has a rear too. it came on the car when I bought it. Do you think those wheels would look good black?
