For the price you pay to do an h22 swap, any compotent tech/performance oriented individual can safely make you a RELIABLE turbo kit to make 250whp, and not jeapordize your safety/add maintenance.

What you need to ask yourself is, whats your budget, whats your power goal (end goal).
