Need Help With Dampening Tokico Illuminas

As title says i got some tokico illuminas. I got them from ebay and came with no instructions and i didnt want to mess with them and f**K something up. thanks for the help in advance

there should be 2 plastic pieces that comes in the package where u put it on top of the strut should look like this

the setting i found to be ideal on my car was 3 in the front and 5 in the rear! did some canyon driving a few years back to dial in those settings!

Thanks well for now im at 2 in the front and 1 in the rear cuz the commuting takes a toll i was at 4 and was a bit to stiff for the freeway i drive on lol....btw its the 60 freeway in riverside lol
