hi im new to this forum and i got a question... i just got a 2000 silver coupe that is all stock and i want to get some wheels will a set of 18x7.5 w 43 offset (front) and 18x8.5 w 35 offset(rear) fit my car without rubbing say i put 225/45/18 front and 235 or 245/40/18 what do you guys think

There is a wheel fitment thread, search there next time.


If you're not lowered, you won't even come close to rubbing. Save up for suspensions before rims.

For 18's you'll want a 40 sidewall to keep your speedo/odo accurate. I'd do a 215 section width at front and 225 at back with those rim widths.

I wouldn't put on anything bigger than 17's without dropping the car first though.

would the car look that bad with 18 without lowering?...sorry about the questions but im new to hondas im more familiar with bmw 3's and corvettes and i have aftermarket wheels on them and didnt needed lowering

Have you seen the wheelgap on these cars? You could fit an infant in there.
