Hey there guys and gals, I just joined the forum this morning. I havent picked up the car yet, I'll be getting her around lunchtime today.
It is a 2002 Coupe EX 5spd.
Ive been lurking for a week or so now, been reading through a few DIY's, the issues with the factory lip kit, grille issues, and such. Also read through the H22 swap guide and what not. I am pretty excited for this, and whats in store.
I know a few people on here reading through the forum, badgertype for one, i forget his name, from Jax i believe. met a couple times at the FLA meets in daytona.
Anyways, short story...first car way back in the day, was a 93 integra gs. then freshman year of college i got my first cb7, drove that for sometime, blew the motor when it was on a p06. i didnt want to have it anymore, so i went and bought an 03 wrx wagon, got it up to 140k miles and finally that motor went, had it for a good 5 years, great car. while driving the wrx, I had purchased another cb7 complete rolling shell and put in the jdm f20a dohc. did some other work, had it on a p06 as well, and sold it due to maint of 2 cars and insurance and all that bs.
I am a member on a few forums, FLAccords, actually on V6P as well, i think Acurazine, cb7tuner, 7thgenhonda, and I'm sure quite a few others.
Like I said i am quite excited, I will be at IA this year for those that are going, I missed last year, but went the 2 years before that.
