Hi fellow Honda owners. I'm new to the site. I have a 2002 honda accord coupe V6. Haven't done much yet. JDM Black Dual Halo Projector headlights, JDM Black Taillights, and 18" ICW rims. First of all...easy one. I'm looking to purchase the Magnaflow Catback Exhaust and im wondering if anyone has it and if so would they recommend it?? Now the big one...lol..i've looked through threads for this. I bought this car about a year ago thinking that there was no manual in the 98-02 years. I'm looking to convert my auto to manual. I've heard that CL/S 6 speed manual would work great. Looking for any advice. I know most people would tell me to sell the car and buy a manual, but i can't bring myself to get rid of this car. I'll fork out the cash to convert. I figure if my buddy and myself do the job it shouldn't run me over 2,000...rough estimate. I was told there were people on this site that have done the conversion so any input or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have the full magnaflow cat-back on my v6. I like it a lot, looks nice & sounds deep. It can drone once in awhile though.

Do a quick search there is a handful of people on here who has done the 6spd swap. MikeyMike actually has a list of the parts needed.

Welcome.

This is under the wrong section.

Theres an exhaust review thread under product review and theres a bunch of info on the cl-s swap.

He intro'd himself, he's good.

I would suggest that you look around the site a bit. There is a ton of good info here, and like tnguyen said, we DO have a great product review forum in which everything you can think of has probably been reviewed from intakes to turbo setups.

Have fun, and welcome to the site!

Personally, if you're going to do a 6 spd swap i suggest doing a cl-s 6spd and engine swap. Seen a couple engines on ebay for under 1K

Welcome to the site.

One question though, how exactly are your aftermarket heads and tails "JDM"?

honestly, don't even know what JDM stands for. I wanted black case headlights and tails and they were referred to as clear case or JDM black....this car is a learning process for me. luckily, i know enough to outfit the car......and i know enough people that i can learn the mechanical side of it without screwing anything up. Oh, and i do plan to go with the 6spd swap...that's way down the road though. i have a whole lot of research and learning to do. Im thinking now the swap and boost will be the last thing i mess with.
