his car is different not unique, there's a major difference. He's just following the trend to a "T"

he's trying to set the bar where the VW crowd has already set it, which is way higher than his car

have you seen a civic that looks this way? me either... so I would definately say it's unique.. it may not be to the VW world but to ours it is!...

on another note... I found this car on google without the dumpedness of the rear but still had the hood n napa hat and it's ballin!

pic is definately not as immaculate as keychains but I personally like it this way...

I think it's unique as hell! yes ppl rock rusted hoods and go hellaflush n stuff... but nobody does it like this.. it's definately his own demon.. I've never once seen a civic or really any honda like this before.. I dig it

I hate people that blame "trends" for something they dont like...
Being one of those cars that does get that type of hate, its kind of annoying lol
There are so many other "trends" that other people follow that aren't considered "trends" by the old coots, why not hate on those? meh. I love Woody's car, but I guess you knew I would.

Looks much better w/o the aggressive camber IMO.

I would say it is trendy just because roof racks, rusted hoods, and the mega-camber is all in right now. Saying something is a trend is not necessarily demeaning. I just think he has 2 many things going on. Take one or two of those trends away and the car would look so much better(to me).

Like the above picture with less camber looks GREAT to me

put on a stock hood, remove the curb feelers and i really like the car.

id have to think twice about the roof rack, but the napa hat needs to stay :lawl:

Maybe this just hasn't hit your area of the country yet but it sure has everywhere else.

Pics from a shop's open house last summer....

every one of those is ugly to high hell, and I wouldn't be caught dead doing that to my car.

not classy at all, merely a fad created from boredom at maintaining a clean car.

ONLY way i'd do it is with a car as i said in another post. no way would i MAKE a rat. scraping off paint is bull****, pouring chemicals on your hood to make it rust fast makes you a poseur, in my opinion.

rats are found cars...you put some parts together and roll.

The Bucket... /thread. yes he modded the strut/shock mounts and raised the engine, but thats it.

i am in fact a rat fan...when done right, with the proper car. almost like hardcore VIP people only believe like 10 cars are "true" VIP chassis...but i think its just gotta be old school, doesn't matter the marque.
