here are some directions once your get to the bridge to the main spot down there. there are others but i've never been to any besides this one. also it is a picnic area and it does get packed quick so if your the first one there try to hold some parking 
1Depart ramp for I-95 South / US-1 South / US-9 South / George Washington Brg Lower Level / Lower Level George Washington Bridge1.7 miles
Entering New Jersey
2At exit 72B, take ramp right for Bridge Plaza N toward Fort Lee / Palisades Pkwy 0.2 miles
3Turn right onto US-9W / Fletcher Ave, and then immediately turn right onto West St 0.1 miles
4Turn right onto Linwood Ave / CR-29 0.2 miles
5Turn left onto Bruce Reynolds Blvd 0.5 miles
6Turn right onto Hudson Terrace / CR-505 0.4 miles
7Turn left onto Henry Hudson Dr 0.9 miles
8At roundabout, take 1st exit to the right 0.3 miles
9Turn right onto road 0.0 miles
10Arrive at near Street, Fort Lee, NJ 07024 on the right 0.0 miles
if you look it up on google or bing maps just look north of the bridge on the nj side and you will see the parking area. it's towards the water in the park.
