lol yeahhh. hopefully its just $10 cause I was talking to this person that works at autozone and he told me it doesnt matter if its a fix it or not for a modified emissions ticket and that you will still pay $300+
So that's another concern for me, having financial problems as it is already. Anyways, I'm gonna have my fingers crossed and hope that it is just $10.
Thanks again guys for all the support. I feel much better and less stressed now that I have less things to worry about especially with finals and all coming. >.<

No from what I understand it doesn't affect smog at all. Most of that is done in the Catalytic converter.

Yea I'm pretty sure its only about the cat, the intake dosent make it put out more CO2 then the stock box so it shouldn't have any effet, I haven't had a problem whey I get mine done I leave my i/h/e on and I dont have a carb sticker and they havent every said anything but I'm in colorado and I'm sure cali is probably more strick. You should have asked the emisions guy about the carb sticker on the intake if he knew if it was illegal or anything cause I'm sure they get a lot of people in your situation. Hope the court payment isnt to much for you since its just a fix it ticket.
