So where do the people who will be staying at Happiness meet up if they don't want to drive up to Toronto for the ride back to Niagara?

They figure that everyone will want to ride together, so except if you don't want to do the cruise, you should meet at GoStation like me and SAV will do then do the cruise back to niagara.

They don't do the short road from GoStation to the final stop. They do it the long way.

Official website/forum is supposed to be updated in 24-48 hours Sagar told me.

Friday (Pre-Cruise):

This day is optional and not everyone is expected to show, this is a pre-cruise to meet the Americans who have arrived into Canada. We will pre-meet at Oakville Place (Trafalgar Road/QEW) in the Bay parking lot at approximately 7:00pm and will depart in order to arrive in Niagara Falls by approximately 8:00pm. We will meet the those from the US at the Happiness Inn, and will head to dinner.

Notes/Heads up:
-This is an optional day. Don't expect too much of an official cruise/event.
_____________________________

Saturday (Main Cruise):

This will be the main cruise day. We expect full attendance, it will be an early morning for most people. Pre-meets will start in almost every part of Toronto (North, South, East, West; these are listed above). You should be at these pre-meets by 8:00am and expect to leave around 8:30. Coordinators will be present at each of these locations to assist you to the Main Departure location in Oakville. You should be in Oakville, Ontario by 9:00am; Annoucements will begin at 9:15 sharp and we expect to leave Bronte GO station by 9:30am by the very latest.

Notes/Heads up:
-The coordinators will also take your signed waiver and fee of $10 to cover the cost of the cruise.
-If you're late arriving at the pre-meet please contact someone (coordinator or attendee) and let them know!
-Only people will the CanAm sticker will be allowed to cruise, this means you've given your waiver as well as your fee.

After leaving the pit stop we will continue on QEW towards Niagara. Exit#49 - Hwy 406 (Thorold, Welland, Port Colborne) will be taken. Please be advised that that maximum speeds maybe only 80 km/h; we are to keep to the right at all time for passing traffic.

At the 15th kilometer, we will exit to Hwy 58 north – Thorold and follow through the Thorold Tunnel and proceed to Thorold Stone Road. Our next stop will be at Thorold Stone Road/Montrose.

___________

Pitstop Two (Autoland Customs, 4060 Montrose Rd, Niagara Falls):

Autoland Customs has generously invited the Toronto Accord Club to their annual kickoff BBQ as well as show/shine. Space should be reserved for us as well as the local car club (nine-o-fiverides.com). There will be food/drinks at a very nominal cost so please bring funds. Expect a surplus sale that Autoland Customs is holding.

In the area:

Burger King
A&P Food Market
Harveys
Canadian Tire
Canadain Tire Gas Bar

We will spend up to 2 hours at this event. We may leave earlier
___________

Firemen's Park

After leaving at approximately 1:00pm as a group from Autoland Customs we will head to the main location before the cruise to Firemen's Park for our very own photo-op/BBQ.

Directions:

-Head North on Montrose
-Right on Kalar Road
-Right on Mountain Road
-Left on Dorchester

Firemen's Park (2377 Dorchester Road, R. R. # 1, Niagara Falls)

Firemen's Park will have a special section reserved for us as well as pavilion. Our CanAm trailer will be loaded with the BBQ ready for us to start cookin'. Parking will be on hilly grass in the park, and we'll be parking by different generation/models.

Price of BBQ will be $2. This includes:
-Burger
-Drink
-Raffle Ticket

Additional raffle tickets may also be purchased. Prizes will be announced in the park but draw will take place after the cruise

We will spend most of the day at Firemen's Park, bring a frisbee, ball, loved one etc.

Note/Heads up:
-When at the park, please don't play with your frisbee/ball around the cars. The park is 135 acres in total, there is more than enough place for you to play.
-Do NOT leave any garbage behind, if any garbage is left behind - there will be a cleaning fee for us.
-Use extra caution/care when driving in the park, there may be other people there.
-If you lose your raffle ticket, we cannot issue another.
___________

To the starting point of "Official" Cruise.

We will depart from Firemen's Park around 4pm. Driving in groups of 5 (North, South, East, West), we will head north of Niagara Falls to the official start of our Niagara leg of the cruise in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario.

Drive time is approximately 20 minutes

1775 Niagara Stone Rd - Niagara United Mennonite Church parking lot

Directions:

-Leaving the park, take a left onto Mountrain Road
-Left onto St.Paul Ave.
-St. Paul Ave. becomes Four Mile Creek Rd.
-Right on Niagara Stone Road

For those who are religious, I don't think you will have time to go into the church.

Notes/Heads up:
-This will be a great open road cruise to a small victorian town north of Niagara Falls passing through St.Davids and Virgil.
-There will only be one stop sign along the open road.
-Please obey the speed, it will be almost tempting to fly on such open roads.
___________

The official "start" of the Niagara cruise

After all 5 groups arrive in Niagara-on-the-Lake, we will send each group out in reverse order to complete the Niagara cruise. Coordinators will be in charge of leading their "pack" through this route which will be VERY scenic and will provide dozens of photo-ops including a view of skyline view of Toronto from across the lake.

This 30 kilometer cruise will end at Happiness Inn in Niagara Falls.

-Continue straight to Niagara Blvd
-Slight left at Palatine Pl
-Palatine Pl becomes Queen Street
-Queen becomes Picton Street
-Picton Street becomes Queen's Parade

The cruise-ends at Happiness Inn.

Raffle draw is done, prizes are handed out (must be present to receive prize).
Attendee's are checked in at the Happiness Inn

Note/Heads up:
-When another group arrives at Shakespere Road/Vincent Ave, the first group MUST depart. Many of you will be caught up in taking shots of the lake and toronto skyline in the distance but this is residential area and to be fair everyone must pass through the area and take scenic photographs.
-You may stop for photos but please be reasonable.
-Although the roads change names, there are only a few roads - your coordinator should guide you the correct way.
-If you're interested in staying at the Happiness Inn, send SAV a PM. or visit the forums at http://www.canamcruise.com to reserve. Price is $50/taxes includes for CanAm attendees.

Niagara night cruise

After people have time to relax, there will be a brief cruise heading south on Niagara Pkwy in front of the falls and looping back onto Stanley Ave and down Clifton Hill. We may/may not choose to go to the Casino Buffet.

This will bring Saturday to a close.

__________________________________________________________

Sunday:

We will meet at Denny's for 10:00am for breakfast, directions will be given on Saturday evening. The rest of the day is for people to tour Niagara, visit attractions etc.

Those who are staying on Sunday: Sunday nights are "cruise-nights" in Niagara falls, there will be a car show for imports starting 8pm in the No Frills plaza. No entrance fee, just like our weekly meets. Ask for details, definitely worth attending.

More details soon.

*sigh*

And the US list shrinks yet again. Seriously, the US side's attendance list os nothing short of absolutely pathetic. Kinda sucks for the people that are going, who have been excited about this and planned on having big caravans making the trip up to Canada.....

Yes, but, the Canada side is mostly Honda/Acuras from Toronto and it's suburbs. The 6GA members that planned on going were driving more than 6 hours just to go, get on the NE US nuts if you want to, they're closer.
