HIN is a blast. I used to travel and shoot events for them back in 2006. If you've never been to one, I'd recommend going to check it out. I probably won't be going, considering my lady won't like me staring at the gogo dancers. lol

Only 11 days and counting. Man I have a lot to do. I am excited about this show. It will be a long weekend. Sat. morning I.A. Afternoon have car at H.I.N., party all night, then back to I.A. Sun. morning. Car won't be there on Sat. but I will. If car is ready for the H.I.N show for that night. If you see me, come by and say Hi. I will see you all there.

I just finished packing. On my up to my parents house a few hours away, where the Accord will begin her surgery. She'll be down through friday night, and hopefully be up an on her way to rehab Saturday morning. I'm a bit upset she won't be completed by IA, but she'll atleast have some good numbers to show off.

If anyone who is planning on going does NOT see their name on the list above, PM me and I will add you. Sometime early next week I'll start getting a list of phone numbers from you guys who want to meet up. With an expected 3,000 cars, we could probably go both days and never even see another member. lol

When would be the best time for everyone to meet up? Seems most everyone will be there Sunday, so maybe we can all meet up for breakfast that morning?

At the Shelby Street bridge? Probably. Thought the number of people will probably skyrocket due to all the out-of-towners.

you guys just need to let me know, the only thing is i have some friends riding with me, bc they are too p*ssy to drive their car, so i dont want to be draggin them all over the place, but im def down for whatever, just keep me posted.

In the wake of the NOPI Nationals and the remainder of the NOPI Motorsports Season being cancelled this year, we feel compelled to express our sincere hope that the Myers Brothers and the entire NOPI organization will soon return to this industry better than ever. While ImportAlliance is a fundamentally different event than any of the NOPI events we can readily identify with the difficulty that is associated with producing a show at the level and quality that has become associated with the the NOPI Nationals.

In the meantime we will continue to produce and promote ImportAlliance for what it is - the Largest Import Car Meet in the country. For those of you who have never attended an ImportAlliance event and are wondering whether you should plan in the next few days to take the trip to Nashville Tennessee, here is what you can expect. It's a grassroots style…. Cruise-in/meet/social gathering/show-n-shine/learning opportunity/teaching opportunity/marketing opportunity/motorsports event. ImportAlliance is everything that you love about import cars. It is not a lifestyle event. It is how people who enjoy import cars get together and have fun while learning to make their cars even better. We know that a lot of energy goes into building cars and doing mods in preparation for national events. We would encourage you to consider bringing your car to ImportAlliance'08 to demonstrate the hard work you've invested in your car. We sincerely hope to see you and your car at ImportAlliance '08.
