I don't know the whole story but from what i hear California is going to start crushing peoples cars who have been convicted of street racing.. link with video below..

wow thats just not right... i feel bad for that guy. i can see how they thought it might be effective but thats crossing the line completely. thats like breaking your legs for running in the hallways in school

Normally, they would just tow your car and suspend your license or something.

Technically, they have no right to confiscate your personal property with the sole purpose of destroying it.

That state is looking for numerous lawsuits

well, you have guys like that integra driver to thank...

pretty soon, cali will be outlawing aftermarket parts (imo that is), and theyll probably make some retarded law that will ban certain imports from the road.

hey, if it deters street racing, then i'm all for it..

But... what about people who weren't street racing? I mean, i've seen people get pulled over for no reason just becasue they were in the area. Guilty by association is gonna **** someone up...
