Johnson, yes there are torque specs for everything. I usually stick to the rule of stop turning when it's tight, and then just a tad more. As long as all of them are tightened evenly, you should be ok. I didn't torque my pan to spec when installing it, just Hondabonded it and made sure each was tightened evenly. No problems at all. Just don't overtighten any bolts, but that's basic mechanics experience which I'm sure you have enough of. Just like spark plugs - know the limit, have the feel. Not like you need to torque those to spec ya know? That's my advice, even though it's not 'to spec'.
