Why the hell do people relocate the front license plate? I keep coming across pics and videos of cars and they just move 12 inches to the left or right or even lower. And why a tilt licence plate bracket? lol Doesnt make sense to me. Why not either leave it or just take it off completely.... Someone please school me on this...lol

I've never liked the look neither. I prefer everything be in symmetrical order.

But people with a FMIC do it so it doesn't block air flow, which is probably the intended purpose, I think.

Most people do it for looks though.

Only relocation I would consider would be hide away. Looks ghetto tacked on anywhere else.

Really though, having a front plate at all is not flattering.

This. Friends Evo came with a relocation license plate kit so it doesnt block the intercooler. Others do it so they dont have to drill holes in their bumper... Tilt plate maybe to not get caught by a red light camera? Pretty sure you'd be pulled over if a cop cared enough.. Especially in california.

i live in california and i always take my front plate off. looks way better. but the again i have a cop friend who just signs my tickets for me lol. having a intercooler and relocating makes sense to me. but some of these peoples relocates are just weird looking lol
