Well... since I only have two doors, this issue is kind of kicking my ***. Any and all help is appreciated! The door will lock and unlock both electronically and manually, but will not physically open. It doesn't even budge, making me think the lock itself is stuck closed somehow. How can I fix this?

There aren't too many things that can go wrong
but keep us updated :)
Okay, maybe we jinxed it... lock bar was in place, and clamped on by that little plastic clip. Still no luck with opening the door. Removed the whole thing again and snapped the two pics below before heading into work today in the hopes that they might be able to help someone with the diagnosis.

Also, that thin metal bar seems like it has a lot of play. Not sure if this is normal or not?

Have you tried opening the door with the key in?
Ie. twist key to unlock, hold key in and open door.

Check to make sure everything mechanically is working first
*Car was locked before I tried Jimsum's suggestion*

Heard and saw lock disengage, went to open the door (with the key still in the lock and turned as if to unlock the door)... no dice. And no resistance.
