p.s................thats fckd up. 2 weeks ago a girl ran a stop sign and hit me but the damage wasnt bad.

Yeah, she got out of the car just fine and was walking all around both cars like it was all good. Cop wrote down no injuries on the report, no ambulance was called. I was given a citation for careless driving since it was a rear-end accident.

But yes, she brake checked me. I wasn't following too close but we were coming off a highway onramp, in the merge lane. I looked to my left to check my blind spot to change lanes, and in the split second it took for me to look back, she was on the brakes like a madwoman.

When the officer told us to wait in our cars her arrogant teenage son showed up and asked her how she was, when she said "alright" or something to that effect - he laughed and told her to hold her neck and yell "clinica! clinica!" and say she was hurt. They were hispanic so I couldn't understand everything, but that was enough. I made sure to tell the officer, and my insurance company about that.

when i got hit from behind...i had my head turned left looking before i turned right at a stop sign...and i was ok when i got out of the car too...the guy hit me at 10-15mph or so...and my neck started hurting the next day...but my car's damage was waaay worse than yours...i went to doctor and chiropractor for about a month...after that it was better but still not normal...least to say i got a good settlement check from the insurance company...

not saying she's not faking...but just saying that it is possible for you to not feel injured at first and then feel it the next day....it's not as possible in your situation tho...i got hit by a fullsize truck...and my damage was alot worse than yours or hers is......

hahaha...i remember getting hit on the freeway. Dude car mustve locked up at around 40-50mph but he also swerved to the left and clipped my rear driverside bumper...his passenger side front end looked worse than the damage on my car.....there were no bodily damages or injuries at all...i doubt this lady is suffering from anything

but im glad to hear ur gettin everythin worked out.....and the future looks is lookin badass...and yes the insurance company way overprices everything...i had a minor scratch but somehow jus to get a new rear bumper and paint totaled up to be $900...i was like i should've jus had them cut me a check get a rear bumper for $175 and painted it myself.....
