i think that bumper is right. it's jsut your exhaust piping was different. the OEM exhaust is almost outward than what you have right now. so i think you should bend the y-pipe so it face at a 40 degree angle i think or do some custom pipes.

Are the tailghts that different though? I don't think they are from pics. I don't think the kit should cover up half of them. Plus it looks to be about an inch and a half too wide in the rear.

Fitment looks horrid. Is it a knock off or the real thing. The reason why i ask is that it's the only "acceptable" body kit for dsm's. So it's one of the more popular kits and it doesn't seem to have fitment issues.

You should only have to cut the bumper in half if you are a total perfectionist on a high end showcar. That front is just wrong. Does it even fit if you take the headlights off?

I think the back looks a little high because it's resting on the exhaust pipes, but to my eye it still looks like the 2 90 degree angles are gonna raise it a bit over the tail lights... I just think someone was on crack when they made the mold, or when they labeled it, or when they shipped it. Does anyone else have this kit and can make some comments about their's (or show pictures for us to compare?)

you could sue the company that issues that bodykit saying it's a mismatch. only if they don't accept it back. say it was professionally put on but still doesn't fit. either that, or just cut it up and try to fit it somehow. sorry man

Not really, you ever read a disclaimer?

Darryl for like $30 a decent muffler shop I'm sure can reweld your hangars on the mufflers so that they will sit just fine in the bumper

edit: nvm looks like you might be SOL. even if you get the mufflers lined up, rear looks too wide as well. maybe its just the way you propped it up though

Well here is the thing..it's on the stock catback with just aftermarket mufuller clamped on so it's NEVER been bent/changed/altered in anyway..second yeah it is a bit wide in the rear..so is the front bumper which you can tell obviously from the pictures..I emailed all the pictures to the company which is buddyclub2.com so yes it's an authentic kit they called me ASAP and told me a supervisor would be in contact with me tomorrow..if they don't do anything i've already been in contact with a lawyer over the matter and informed him of the situation along with all emails/reciepts and dates of phone calls between me and buddyclub..including an email from "Sean" the sales manager of buddyclub saying the fitment is near OEM quality. So I hope they got their **** straight because I got mine.

Eh, its just the fact that his kit doesn't fit AT ALL. This is ridiculous. I would be in outrage of this. I mean, the kit doesnt even look close to fitting the car. That's just unbelieveable. I mean look how they cut it and everything, around the headlight!!! How can you send out a body kit that is in such bad shape, like buddyclub2 did.
