Do not, by any means pronounce it "war-chester." You will be laughed at. As stated above, its pronounced Woosta.

There is a lot of history there, it was a big mill city during the industrial revolution.

Wen, there is a GREAT Pho place down here in West Hartford, with a BANGIN Viet girl that works there. I eat there every couple weeks. Best Pho I've had around here bar-none.
