possibly losing my license

how do you figure, the only time i got my f series to 130 it was on a down hill slope on the freeway ... my h tops out at 119 or something due to the speed governor FML

Oh I forgot to mention I was driving an STI, obviously I wouldnt be talking about an N/A 4 cylinder accord. I figured it would have been enough to say I was going 130 to give that away.
