I also posted this on the r/c body thread but here it is again. Working on a new body since this one has been through a few flips and crashes :) Will post that later on the other thread when complete. I'm hoping to get the carbon competition chassis soon.

Steep but you know what you're gettin. After seeing this in the shell thread i was inspired to totally rebuild my RS4 RTR, gonna carbon and aluminize it up....:lolrun:

It's not cheap, but it's definitely nice to have something thats twice as strong as stock.

I totally forgot I have an HPI Micro RS4 too... forget what mods, but carbon fiber chassis, upgraded motor, electronic speed control... I think that one has about $400 in it. Fast as HELL

I'll post up my little old *** HPI RS4 or whatever model it was (pretty sure its an rs4) in a bit.

Anybody know how to get these things running again? Totally forgot what I messed up and yeah, going to need a new glow plug and all that other stuff..

HPI's site pisses me off... I found a link for a cross referenced parts list for all of their cars and the damn file can't be found on the server....

here are my Micro RS4s from back in the day....

540 size 27turn motor conversion
6 sub C batteries
metal gear steering servo
front/rear ball bearing differentials
aluminum steering knuckles

this thing had so much power/speed by the time you get the throttle all the way it was so far away you couldn't tell if it was driving straight anymore...i always wanted to slide a mod motor in it...but would have had to upgrade the esc and so i just put it off...the stock 540 was crazy...it shredded the foam tires...
