problem found? tranny problems :'(

i did search and couldnt find anything that described my issue...thats why i posted...otherwise i wouldnt have...

i have a 5spd and my prob is that my gears hang....im starting to think its a hydraulic prob....since the clutch isnt disengaging hard or fast enough when i press the pedal...
