I'm waiting on the dyno charts...then we can talk. Don't dismiss it because you read on the internet. Lets see these dyno charts I asked for first.

Also, if you go back to the page I linked you all and read at the bottom, you will see it says "every SLR Chip comes with a 100% money back guarantee."

THAT's what really got me. I can try it, and if ONE thing does not work right, I get my money back. Isn't it worth a shot when all I would lose is maybe some hours of time/work?

EDIT: I read more and it says lifetime warranty too. Come on guys...this is totally worth a shot or I get all the money I spent back.

Chips don't work. It's been tested and proven over and over again. But if you wanna spend your money on it and be a guinea pig, go ahead.

There's probably conditions to your money back guarantee. You won't gain 54whp from a chip.

You can try it if you want, but seeing as i tune cars with programable ECUs i know that what they are saying is not possible. I read through their "How does it work section" and it was full of inconsistencies and incorrect information. If you want to gain horsepower out of an all motor car then running slightly rich will get you more power (between 13.5-14 AFR). But that in turn will waste gas, so no extra 3-6 MPGs. In addition, you can't run richer without also changing ignition timing. Richer mixtures take longer to expand so more ignition advancement is needed. There is no way this device can do all that from hacking the signal to the O2 sensor. But even that extra power is not a lot. Maybe like 10 HP. Since the engine dynamics have not changed where will this power come from?? There is no forced induction so the engine is still running on atmosphere and the engine compression is still the same and so is the flow of the head. Besides, there is no way for this device to actually know the AFR without a wideband O2 sensor which this thing cleary does not have.

I guarantee that this company and device are BS. Honda tuned their ECU pretty much to perfection while still having a safety cushion (IE ignition timings not be as aggressive as possible and fueling not being rich). Don't go messin with their stuff unless you really understand the inner workings of it.

Okay thanks for the input guys. So when you guys say there may be "conditions" to your money back guarantee what are you referring to? And the lifetime warranty?

i wouldn't waste my money....just look at the person who posted above you...he's running a turbo and getting 200whp...from probably a stock 140whp...thats just slightly more hp gain than you are hoping for with this chip...do you honestly think that he would have spent money on a turbo if he could have bought a $70 chip?

really...think about it...it just doesn't make sense...if you knew how engines worked you would see how silly this is...
