Recommended PSI.

Do you guys follow the recommend PSI on the tires or just your own personal references? I know the more PSI it is, the more wear it is. What's the con of having less PSI on the tires?

If your tires are under-inflated, they will wear down more quickly, since more of the tire is going to be touching the road as you drive. I just keep mine at 30-31 psi, I figure the Honda engineeers know what they're doing when they tell you to have it at 30.

It depends on if you're running factory or aftermarket wheels and tires.

the pressure on the tire is the MAX pressure allowable. the recommended pressure will vary with the load the tire is carrying.

Exactly, especially for stock tires. You might gain a bit more grip on under inflated tires but you will loose wear and gas mileage.

If you have aftermarket tires, it's a bit different. But if they still have a decent sidewall, 17's for example, stick with that.
