Recommended Quarts of Oil for JDM H22a

How many quars of oil would you recommend for a jdm h22a? ive heard 4.5 and 5 quarts?

drain oil, fill 4.5 quartz, run motor for a couple mins, and top up the oil to the desired level. it's usually around 4.5 to 5 quartz

I used to put 5qts in my old H22a. Never had any issues.

Putting a whole 5 quart jug in mine puts the level exactly at the top line on the dip stick.
