To start out ....I would rather have a cut out or" turn down"
however in pa it would not pass as they look at it and run the smog... and its illegal to drive a car with a turndown unless it has classic title (ssection e 175.75).. which means if a cop really wants to be a dick he can impound my car (pa sucks) ... with all that being said the muffler would be illegal as well however with the valve being inside the muffler it would be a lil bit easier to hide

And i dont know if i posted the wrong link but they make the xarex xforce with dual ports and the valve farther in the muffler and with the motor for the valve being on the top it would be really easy to hide ..
