day of my grad, and my buddy was taking a turn too fast nearly hit the barrier and then sped over a median knocking over a tree. lucky enough for him he only busted his rim and tire.

the damage on the lady's car isnt so bad, you took most of the damage. i think even your car is fixable but they are probably going to totaled it .....another member on her had about the same amount of damage and they totaled it but he ended up fixing it goodluck

My watch just stopped. Dude I am in shock, that is F'ed up. What happened when you told the cops that the cavalier driver said the equinox driver was stopped in the road? And yes your girlfriend is a witness, so that has to count for something. God people are F'ing dumb, so sorry to hear about this.

I had the exact opposite, an idiot at a red light who didnt stop. Plowed into me. Insurance totalled it. Gave me car and money which KBB valued 6500, they settled on 4100 (105xxx on a 98 ex v6) but no matter how few miles I had on it for its age and how good of condition it is in, they still said, its a 1998, end of conversation.
Be prepared for some extremely long conversations with the insurance companies and a lot of screaming. I was told I was 25% responsible for my accident, COMPLETELY STOPPED at the red light and he did 65 into my trunk. I laughed, flipped a ****, hung up, got a call the next day saying I had 0%. lmao but good to hear you guys are safe.

to prove that the guy was stopped completely, can't that be determined by looking at the tire marks on the road? it should be pretty obvious if he was stopped and hit from the back.. but GL to u bro... glad u're safe tho

All they would have to do is look at the black box if they wanted to. All cars from 2002 up carry black boxes that store all the info about a vehicle like 1 min before the accident happened. They can tell how fast you were going and how loud the radio was
