Damn man, why do all the nice cars on this site have to pay the price cuz of stupid people like that. Who the hell doesn't have the common sense to pull in the grass if your gonna come to a complete stop.

i estimated i was going between 25-35 on impact.. and i'm not sure what they're going to do. we'll find out today or tomorrow. :/
and as far as my girlfriend, they said noone that was in the involved vehicles can be considered a witness. so i'm not sure about that.
HOWEVER, she was a witness, that after the accident, when she asked why they stopped, the girl responded that they were waiting for them to catch up, so i may have an advantage there. i hope..
and i'm still scared about whether or not i'm going to lose my coils, my rims, and my beloved PSPEC. :/

That crap pisses me off. I'm glad to hear you and your girlfriend are alright but damn. These damn people can't drive and have no common sense... Like, if your insurance claims your car totaled and will only give you 2grand... Fight it. And hopefully you can take off all your extras off the car if it goes the other way. Best of luck.

Sucks to hear about the whole situation, hopefully they won't total your car. I'm glad to hear that you and your girlfriend didn't get hurt. But I honestly can't stand some drivers these days, they cannot drive for **** especially people who come to a dead stop on a road. Best of luck to you.

worse comes to worse you can buy the car from the insurance company pull all your aftermarket parts off of it, sell what you can salvage on 6ga, then sell the rest of the car to a scrap yard.

i guarantee its totaled, srry bro this is my field, core support alone is like 1500-2000 plus 2 fenders, hood reinforcement bar bumper absorber radiator condenser, ac lines coolant ac charged, the list goes on and on, sucks but i guarantee its over 3k for the repair, and 2g for insurance? how do u have?
so i have good news. kinda.
its totaled. BUT.
i'm offered one of two options.
1. keep the car, and 3,xxx (i hope around 3500) cash, which the body shop will fix the car.
the adjuster marked it not totaled.
or 2. accept the car as a total loss, and take 5300 cash (about 4800 after 500 dollar deductible) and i'm allowed to salvage all aftermarket parts. which will be coils, rims, pspec, system, LEDs, etc.
which i'm almost positive i'm going with number 2.
i have my eyes on an 01 ex coupe 5mt, white, tan cloth interior. 119k miles, for 5200.
only thing is, the CL ad is for may 30, and im getting no response. which i believe it may be sold. but i REALLY want another 6GA.
however, i'm also eyeing an 00 civic si. red, mint condition inside and out. 107k miles. asking 6 OBO. not modded at all. clean title, etc.
im not sure. but i'll keep everyone updated.

i say go with number 2, and get a nother 6ga, keep searching and ul find what u want, i personaly cannot go from accord to civic, so much bouncyer and smaller, im not a big guy either, my 2 cents
