me and this 3.2 TL were playing around playing keep up :driving:

That's what happens when you mess with a 3.2! JK, that's what happens when you know your stuff is about to break and you go ahead and break it anyways.
:nutkick:

Sorry for your loss man, hopefully there's a way you can get it back and working.

LMAO! thanks man yeah hopefully everything come along right.
That's what I thought. If it was driving hard that morning then why did you redline it??

either way, still sucks. hopefully it works out to the cheapest option, and it will last a while. Just don't drive the dog**** out of it when you get it back. :ugh2:

i get what your saying, but i dont mean it was driving hard, it felt fine. by that i ment i was driving it hard and redlining it. Yeahhh ill try not too. i need to calm my need for speed. & ill make sure i never neutral drop it. did it once NEVER again.

Sorry to hear man. If it is to the point of needing a new one, then a MT swap will probably only run you a little bit more then a new AT. People on here have done MT swaps relatively cheap from what I've read.

Also, if it's any consolation, I might end up being the next member of the blown tranny club. Been feeling it slipping from time to time.

But i threw abunch of information at them saying its better and such but nope they wont do it :( Well i advice you to do that sooner then later, cuz i feel like i did alot more damage then most ppl. just a scary feeling

Dang that sucks.. I bet your heart skipped 10 beats when it dropped haha

Hope everything goes well and doesn't cost too much. Or that your parents will let you do a swap, although sounds like its out of the cards :(

Hope you don't end up like me. My dad was the same way, said he refused to dump money into a swap with my car cuz of its age (Which I agreed with at first). Ended up paying so much money to fix all the little problems and rebuild it after my camshaft snapped that we could've payed for the swap 2 times.

Believe me, last thing you want is your car turning into a moneypit when you have to rely on your parents to pay for it...

Drain/refill auto tranny fluid. It may give you a little longer.

Yeah, drain and refill, could upgrade or replace the torque converter, new pressure plates, fluid cooler. A number of expensive things could prolong its life. Although just letting it die in piece then going MT is probably a better option.
