Apparently I've been experience problems with my car a lot lately..just not my luck. Anyways, I've noticed some kind of rocking noise when I go over bumps. It sounds like something is loose rocking back and fourth. When I go over cracks and my car shakes up and down everything sounds secure but when I go over bumps and my car rocks from left to right, that's when I experience the problem. I also feel it in my pedals when that happens. Any ideas what moving around?

Sounds a little like it might be worn or loose control arm bushings, someone correct me if I'm wrong but that's a common symptom for control arm problems, also worn ball joints can give you thud noises when hitting bumps or turning incase that's sort of like what you're experiencing

I'd suggest jacking it up and removing a wheel or both and shake the wheel assemblies around an see if you witness any of the movement and where

Check upper/lower ball joints, control arm(s) bushings, endlinks, sway bar endlink bushings, tie rods...pretty much check all your suspension components.

Do the 12/6 and 9/3 test with the wheel, check your control arms, and FSB endlinks.

Man every time somebody posts a problem here I seem to have it. My car does this too lol. Its like a kind of Knocking over bumps, and under hard braking. You can hear it and feel it on your feet through the pedals.

Check your front sway bar bushings for your issue...had same thing and bushing were worn. Check them with the car loaded, as if the wheels are in the air you won't be able to diagnose as you wont be able to see/feel the play.
Also check brake pad butterfly spring clips(just need to bend them back), if they're loose the pads cause a knock metal/metal sound when braking or when driving through uneven ground.

Thanks, I'll get this all checked as soon as possible.

At first I was really paranoid that my motor mount was going bad but I'll take a look at my suspensions this week while I do my oil change. Thanks for the replies guys, I really appreciate it!
