not sure what you need to do for an s2k wheel, but have you looked into an RSX wheel? There is a guy on here Selling them and I <3 mine. Just throwin it out there. also, I notice you're from CHI-TOWN! First person I've seen on here from this general region.

I have looked into an RSX, and even an EP3 wheel, but I like the S2K one. I did see the thread, selling it for $200. I'm sure it is sold by now seeing there were a lot that posted on there. YES! I'm from Chicago. I haven't really been able to do anything to my stock Accord thanks to college fees -_____- but will tint my car tomorrow and S2K wheel is what I look forward to doing after that.

If you purchase the AP1 s2000 steering wheel then it should be plug and play, i installed one in my 98 coupe. As long as you order the complete steering wheel and hub it should swap in no problem, all the connectors match and both air bags are stag 1.

The only modification i had to do was cut my horn connector and splice it into the AP1 wheel so it can connect to the s2k horn piece as seen outlined in the pic:

I found it to be a pretty easy swap

Thank you. I'm going to see if I can find a relative good deal around my area on CL, and even on eBay. I'll update once I purchase it.

Not sure 100% but if that s2k wheel has a dual stage airbag i dont think its compatible with your 98. 01-02 6th gens have dual stage airbags. I know because i installed a rsx wheel recently and it was PnP besides the audio and cruise control. Someone else might be able to confirm though

I am pretty sure the v6 01-02 are different but I may be wrong on this. 4 cyl is the same.

OP, glad to see you did some research.

Hopefully you can snag a good deal on the whole steering wheel package.

Looking forward to the pics.

If it doesn't come with a hub, which hub should I look into buying?

If you buy the AP1 wheel it should come with the hub, they are one piece as far as i know so you can't sell one without the other, sorry if i confused you. Most of the time its usually only if you buy an aftermarket steering wheel that you need to buy a hub with it. As fas as i know.

Don't need hub all you need is the steering wheel direct swap 98-02 coupes sedans v6 i4 all the same, go buy an ap2 wheel dual stage and I'll trade you my ap1 single stage lol, I need to find a dual stage for mine makes me feel unsafe for not having my airbag disconnected :(
