Im pretty sure its just the shifter console. I think theres a DIY on V6p on a cls swap with tiptronic. Also I doubt aynone would shell out 3,000 for an automatic tranny swap for the look of the shifter

I'm pretty sure he just spray painted them using Orange transparent paint or used Orange vinyl.

Its just like tinting taillights.
