Touche. But the service manual for the 98-00 accord is for European models. I remember downloading this before and i'm pretty sure there were several subtle differences between the us and euro models. Hey guys I found the alldata for our cars by searching IMP1Q309.iso in google. I dont know how you guys feel about linking to torrents, so just google that Im sure you can find what you need. Im downloading now and Ill let you know if it works after it is complete

So I figured out that the .iso doesnt have the actual program so you need to download that to. I got it from http://1337x.org/torrent/105635/0/ it will try to download the whole program and all the .iso which is over 150gb so just uncheck all the .iso except for the actual program when you go to use it
