Smells like antifreeze in my car :(

Well i checked for any leaking hoses but nothing...did some research and found out it could be a leaking heater core. What do u guys think??

I think it is your heater core, actually it most likely is. The heater core isn't the most expensive thing tho, it's going to be the labor involved since they have to take apart your dash .. IMO Honda has the worst setup for their dash's and they take an army to take it apart .. it's such a PITA ..

Most auto manufacturers are like that. I have never seen a heater core that was easy to replace.

Are you even loosing coolant? Monitor coolant level

Replacing the heater core is probably one of the worst jobs to do on our cars. And if you're smelling coolant inside the car, its most likely the culprit.

That sucks man.

lol that sounds like my homies car. his heater doesn't get hot for s**t! plus his car always smells like coolant! and he looses coolant! i better tell him...

it's such a pita that a lot of ppl usually bypass the heater core rather than try to replace it

That si probably what I would do if I lived in CA. Not possible here though.
