Thankya! It's Glowshift. I REALLY wanted the blue LED to match the radio. Lol!

From what Ive been seeing, this is what the Vacuum line set-up should be. I put the Boost gauge in the Fuel pressure regulator vacuum line. Does anyone have any recommendations on which vacuum lines to splice for the others?

I'd buy a vacuum manifold, call it a day, and plug up all the excess ports in the IM.
That way you can tuck all the lines and have a reliable source from the brake booster.

For anyone who is doing OBD1 swap, The dead end injector clip has 7 Yellow black wires. You only need to splice four into the resistor box. To figure out which four of the seven are the injectors, we hooked up the test light and connected each end of the wire and these are the wires that go to the injectors. For reference, just notice where the green and brown wires are.

Update:
Just about everything is put together and wired up. A few small things left. Just have to seal up the piping connections with silicon, Wait for the gaskets for the Turbo Flange to arrive, weld the wideband o2 sensor bung into the downpipe, put 91 Octane gas in, and refill the coolant. Should be good to go then!! Updates within the next couple days.

Things are lookin pretty good so far. I had some input on your vacuum diagram that you drew up.

You want the bottom port of the external wastegate to go straight to the turbo's compressor housing (if you are running spring pressure from the wastegate). If you have a boost controller of some sort, you will still use the port on the compressor housing.

There are trade offs when using the intake manifold and the compressor housing. By tapping the compressor housing you have very good wasegate response...but generally the pressure measured at the compressor housing is not the same pressure you will see at the intake manifold. Personally, i would go with the compressor housing so you have a responsive wastegate. Just my 2 cents.

Keep us updated

Thanks for your input! I do believe I ended up setting it up the way you explained.

Ive got the bottom of the Wastegate hooked up to the compressor housing of the turbo and the top of the wastegate is venting into the atmosphere. The BOV and the the Boost gauge are both running to Vacuum lines in the Intake manifold.
I do have a manual boost controller, but I'm not going to hook that up yet.

Oh, and P28 ECUs don't use knock sensors, do they? I may have broke mine on accident and I'd rather not fix it. haha

Alright! started her up tonight!!
Here are some videos. Shes running a little rough. Started her with 87 Octane cause the gas station down the street closed at 11pm and it was about 1am. haha! So tomorrow, we will drain the little bit that is left out, fill her up with 91 and see what happens. 255 walbero fuel pump will be here sometime next week. We may also take the IACV off and clean it out just to make sure that isn't messing with the idle.
Here are some videos. Turbo gurus, feel free to throw me your opinions. Thanks!

It's also super loud because there is currently no exhaust on. It's open after the downpipe.

You shouldn't need to use silicone just get some nice clamps, and or get the piping beaded.

Great progress! P28's do not use knock sensors.

The mechanical components of the ignition sound great in the video no issues there, the startup was quick! However you're right the idle is high and bouncy as if there is a vacuum leak somewhere.
