Okay, happened again. Looks like it's time for a new main relay. Two questions though, what's the difference between these two Emissions/Transmission types:

1) KA4AT
2) KL4AT

I'm trying to buy the main relay but before I do so I want to make sure I'm getting the exact one for my car. All I know is that my car is an f23a4 EX-UL Leather 2dr 98 automatic.

Also, according to this link, http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com...&catcgry4=KA4AT&catcgry5=CONTROL+UNIT+(CABIN)
the main relay I want to buy is RELAY ASSY., MAIN, correct?

change ur main relay and all of ur starting problens will go away. i had the same problem with my 2dr 4cyl. the stock honda main relays have weak soldering points and are known to fall apart. u can even search on Honda-Tech and everyone there will say the same.

Proof that the search function works and is useful. I was having these same symptoms this week with my car. Got to the point where i had to get towed out of the middle of a street lol.......but so far, changing the Main Relay seems to have fixed that issue. 6GA FTW:omghi2u:
