spark plug gapping question

do i follow the specs according to the head or the block? i have a f23 block and a h23 head, so i'm confused what specs i should go with

btw, i have not looked at the specs for both yet

Specs are probably the same. Most Honda's are 0.44in./1.1mm. I can check real quick what they are though.

Probably... what does the H23 come out of?

Gap on a 1995 Prelude H23 is .043in/1.1mm.... looks like you're good to go.
