im almost positive a dealer wont cut trade in price for having a intake.. unless you really wanna keep yours.. even if its a ebay cheapie thats not carb approved they dont care normally especially on older cars.. no offense but they will most likely not sell your car on the lot.. it will be sent to auction and there is no legality issues when selling at auction..
