Well I thought maybe it was the specific type of spring earlier, since I have the Hyperco springs, but since you have it too with your black regular springs this changes things. Could be the rubber thing you speak of. I could have sworn that they had some but who knows.

Well I'll have to double check but I thought they had them.

I guess I'll go and take my rear coil off to see if the springs are really hitting the top mount or the lock nut.

Hyperco springs have no rubber things.

Source: The coils sitting in front of me.

When I took my coils off, I noticed there is rubber hat between upper mount and spring. I wish there was rubber thing between springs or locking perch and spring.

The rubber on the bottom spring perch i think would be #2 on that desired list after #1 being a second nut/perch locking against the current spring/nut perch.
