synethetic or conventional?

Hi Everyone, My 02 SE has 84000 miles on it, so it too late to go with Synthetic, I guess. I'm just wondering what grade oil does everyone use?

I have been runnin Royal Purple since I put the H22 in. Funny I see this post today, I just got back from Advance Auto with my $80 worth of oil and oil filter.

I would switch to synthetic, but I fear my engine will leak

If you're too scared or cheap to go full synth you could always try a blend. I switched to Motorcraft synth blend a couple of oil changes ago after seeing good reviews at a few forums - no new leaks or oil burning that I can see. It's ~$12 for the 5qt jug at Wmart.

Good call, I might js go with blended.
BTW how much mile did u have, when u switched?
