Taller tires?

Ok, this may sound contrarian, but I'm thinking about putting taller tires on my car.
It's a 2000 Accord Coupe v6, 33,000 km. Just bought it Sept. 2025.
Currently I have the original Michelin's on it 205 60 16's. I want the softest ride I can get (I'm an old guy, going to drive it on sunny weekends, etc.)
I'm thinking about 205 65 16's. Has anyone done this and if so, are you happy with this?

By the way, I don't want to change the rims.

Just do it, won't make much of a difference on anything other than improving the ride quality.
